Sanayi plastiği olarak bilinen P.T.F.E. karbon ve fluor atomlarından oluşturulmuştur, molekül yapısına has özellikleri sebebi ile diğer plastik malzemelerde bulunmayan üstün özelliklere sahiptir.

PTFE / Polytetrafluoroethylene TURLON® : Which is an industrial plastics,consist of long and linear carbon chains saturated with fluorine atoms. Due to the very strong chemical bonds between carbon and fluorine atoms in molecular structure,it has superior properties unlike any other engineering plastic.

Operating in temperatures between -260ºC to +260ºC. Its highly resistant to all chemicals used in industry,humidity and all kinds of environmental  conditions. The low static and dynamic coefficient of friction of all solids,superior electrical insulation,flame failure and nonstick are the main generated properties of this product.  PTFE/Polytetrafluoroethylene TURLON® has one of the lowest coefficients of friction of any solid and has features such as superior  electrical insulation,being non-stick and fireproof. In addition to its outstanding features,all the superior mechanical properties provide PTFE / Polytetrafluoroethylene TURLON® to be the preferrential product in many different areas.

PTFE / Polytetrafluoroethylene TURLON® Compounds: can be produced by adding various proportions of subsitances to increase its resistance against the deformation under pressure and abrasion,to decrease thermal expension coefficient and to provide electrical and thermal conductivity such as glass fiber,carbon,bronze,graphite and molybdenum disulphide.
